The Floor Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations on assigned floors, ensuring guest rooms, corridors, and service areas meet Shangri-La’s cleanliness and presentation standards. Requirements generally include hotel housekeeping experience, supervisory ability, knowledge of cleaning procedures, strong attention to detail, and good spoken English. The successful candidate should be organised, physically fit, service-minded, and comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Responsibilities include allocating tasks, inspecting rooms, coordinating with Front Office and Maintenance, handling guest requests, training team members, monitoring supplies, and reporting maintenance or quality issues.
