The Front Office Officer welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, handles reservations and guest requests, provides information, coordinates with housekeeping and other departments, and resolves service issues professionally. Candidates are generally expected to have hospitality or customer-service experience, strong communication skills, a polished appearance, and a genuine interest in guest care.
