Security Supervisor

Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Requirements typically include relevant hotel, security or law-enforcement experience, supervisory capability, good knowledge of emergency procedures, incident reporting and access-control practices. A valid Hong Kong security personnel permit may be required. The successful candidate should be physically fit, observant, calm under pressure and comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays. Strong communication skills, professionalism, discretion and the ability to lead a diverse security team are expected. Customer-service awareness and fluency in English, Cantonese or Mandarin would be advantageous.
