The Security Manager is responsible for protecting guests, employees, visitors, property and hotel assets while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Typical requirements include several years of security experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or large hospitality operation, proven supervisory or management experience, strong knowledge of emergency procedures, incident investigation, access control, fire and life-safety practices, and relevant Singapore security licensing or training. The candidate should communicate confidently in English, remain calm under pressure, demonstrate sound judgment, maintain accurate reports, and work flexibly across shifts, weekends and public holidays. Leadership, discreet handling of sensitive matters, physical fitness and the ability to coordinate with police, emergency services and hotel departments are also expected.
