Job Description

The Floor Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations on assigned guest-room floors, ensuring rooms, corridors and service areas meet Shangri-La standards. Responsibilities typically include allocating work, inspecting rooms, monitoring cleanliness and maintenance issues, coordinating with Front Office and Engineering, controlling supplies, and coaching room attendants. Candidates should have hotel housekeeping experience, supervisory ability, strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Knowledge of English and Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous. The role requires a guest-focused attitude, physical stamina, professional presentation, flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays, and the ability to respond calmly to guest requests and operational pressures.
