Duty Manager

Job Description

The Duty Manager oversees daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth guest arrivals, departures, service recovery and coordination between departments. Candidates should have relevant hospitality experience, strong knowledge of front-office procedures and excellent communication skills. Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a luxury hotel is preferred. The role requires sound judgment, professional presentation, problem-solving ability and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Shangri-La expects the successful candidate to deliver consistently high service standards, handle guest concerns discreetly, support colleagues and maintain operational efficiency in line with the hotel’s luxury brand standards.
