The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant or dining-floor operations, ensuring efficient service, guest satisfaction and compliance with Shangri-La standards. Requirements typically include relevant hospitality experience, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, good communication skills and the ability to lead a team. Supervisory experience in a hotel or high-end restaurant is advantageous.
