Job Description

The Service Associate – Finance Risk Control supports hotel finance operations by reviewing transactions, checking documentation, monitoring internal controls, identifying discrepancies and assisting with audits and compliance reporting. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related discipline, together with good numerical, analytical and organisational skills. Experience in hospitality finance, accounts, audit or risk control is advantageous. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, integrity and proficiency with Microsoft Office and finance systems. The successful candidate is expected to work collaboratively with operational departments, follow Shangri-La policies, meet deadlines, investigate irregularities professionally and maintain reliable records. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn hotel procedures are important.
