The Service Centre Officer handles guest requests through telephone and other communication channels, coordinates with hotel departments, records service details, and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction. Candidates should have a hospitality, customer-service, or related background, strong communication skills in English and Cantonese, and preferably Mandarin. Good telephone etiquette, computer literacy, multitasking ability, and a calm, professional manner are expected.
