Administrator (F&B)

Job Description

The Administrator (F&B) supports the Food and Beverage department with administrative coordination, records, reports, scheduling, purchasing documentation, correspondence and daily operational follow-up. Candidates should have good English communication skills, strong computer literacy, attention to detail and sound organizational ability. Experience in hotel or restaurant administration, particularly within a luxury hospitality environment, is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to work accurately under pressure, maintain confidentiality, coordinate effectively with outlets and other departments, and provide reliable support to managers and service teams. Flexibility, a professional appearance, customer-service awareness and willingness to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays, are important.
