Job Description

The Coffee Host welcomes guests, prepares or serves coffee and other beverages, maintains a clean and inviting coffee area, and provides attentive service in line with Shangri-La standards. Candidates should have hospitality, restaurant, or café experience, good spoken English, a friendly personality, and strong customer-service skills. Knowledge of coffee preparation and additional languages may be advantageous. The role requires professional grooming, teamwork, punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm during busy periods. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally expected.
