Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports the hotel’s sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, presentations and reports, maintaining client records, coordinating appointments and assisting with sales activities and events. The role typically requires strong administrative and organisational skills, professional communication, attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office and hotel systems. Previous experience in hotel sales, events, reservations or customer service is advantageous. Candidates are expected to respond promptly to enquiries, follow up with clients, coordinate effectively with operational departments and maintain Shangri-La’s service standards.
