Job Description

The General Ledger Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily general ledger activities, month-end closing, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Candidates should hold a degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field, with relevant experience in hotel finance and supervisory responsibilities. Familiarity with accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, internal controls, and Malaysian financial regulations is expected. The successful candidate should be accurate, organised, analytical, and able to meet strict reporting deadlines. Strong communication skills, team leadership, integrity, and the ability to work closely with other hotel departments are important. Experience in a luxury hotel or an international hospitality group would be advantageous.
