Experience in hotel, commercial building or facilities maintenance is advantageous. The role requires strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, safe working practices and the ability to respond promptly to breakdowns. Candidates are expected to coordinate with contractors, maintain service records, support statutory inspections and comply with Hong Kong safety regulations. Shift work, standby duties and clear communication with engineering colleagues and hotel departments may be required.
