Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues, and hotel property. Requirements typically include relevant hotel or security experience, supervisory capability, good communication skills, and knowledge of emergency procedures, access control, incident reporting, and local regulations. Candidates should be physically fit, alert, dependable, and able to remain calm under pressure. The role may involve supervising security officers, monitoring CCTV, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, supporting emergency drills, and coordinating with police or emergency services. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally expected.
