Job Description

The Security Officer protects guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Typical responsibilities include patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, incident response, emergency assistance, report writing and supporting fire and life-safety procedures. Candidates should have relevant security or hospitality experience, a valid Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit, good communication skills and a professional appearance. Cantonese and English are generally useful, while additional languages are advantageous. The role requires integrity, alertness, physical fitness, sound judgment and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, overnight duties, weekends and public holidays is expected.
