Job Description

The Service Associate – Engineering (A/C Technician) is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing air-conditioning and refrigeration systems throughout the hotel. Candidates should have vocational training or a technical qualification in air-conditioning, refrigeration or mechanical engineering, along with practical experience in hotel or commercial maintenance. Knowledge of electrical systems, preventive maintenance, safety procedures and basic fault diagnosis is expected. The successful candidate should be physically fit, dependable, service-minded and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Good teamwork, communication skills and the ability to respond quickly to guest and operational requirements are important.
