Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is expected to oversee daily restaurant or food-and-beverage floor operations, coordinate service teams, maintain Shangri-La standards, handle guest requests and complaints, and support smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen departments. Candidates should have relevant hotel or restaurant experience, strong knowledge of service procedures, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese is advantageous in Hong Kong.
