Job Description

The Guest Relations Officer welcomes guests, manages arrivals and departures, responds to requests, handles feedback, coordinates with hotel departments, and helps create a personalised luxury experience. Candidates should have a diploma or relevant qualification in hospitality, tourism, or a related field, along with previous experience in hotel guest services or front office operations. Strong spoken and written English, professional presentation, computer literacy, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills are expected. Additional languages, especially Mandarin or other commonly spoken guest languages, may be advantageous. The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as well as a calm, courteous, and service-oriented approach in a busy environment.
