Administrator (F&B)

Job Description

The Administrator (F&B) supports the food and beverage department with office administration, records, reports, purchasing documentation, scheduling, correspondence and coordination between outlets and hotel departments. Candidates should have relevant administrative or hospitality experience, good English communication skills, strong computer ability, attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office. Experience with hotel systems, inventory procedures or F&B operations is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to be organised, discreet, reliable and able to manage deadlines in a busy hotel environment. Flexibility, teamwork, professional presentation and a guest-focused attitude are important, along with the ability to work independently and support managers with accurate, timely information.
