Security Supervisor

Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, hotel assets and property, while supervising daily security operations. Typical requirements include relevant hotel or security experience, supervisory capability, good communication skills, sound judgment, physical fitness and knowledge of emergency procedures. First-aid, fire-safety or security-related certifications are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead the team professionally, monitor access and surveillance systems, respond promptly to incidents, prepare reports, enforce hotel standards and cooperate with police or emergency services when necessary. A calm, attentive and service-oriented approach is essential, together with flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays.
