Candidates should be physically fit, reliable and attentive to cleanliness and safety. Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred, although suitable applicants with a positive attitude may be considered. The role requires teamwork, good communication, flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and the ability to follow Shangri-La service standards. Basic Cantonese, English or Mandarin communication skills may be useful in Hong Kong.
