Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Executive supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, performance management, payroll administration and compliance with Malaysian employment regulations. The role generally requires a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, together with several years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality. The successful candidate should be approachable, organised, discreet and confident when dealing with employees and managers. Strong communication, problem-solving and administrative skills are expected, along with good knowledge of Malaysian labour practices and HR systems. Experience in a hotel or service environment and the ability to work under pressure are advantageous.
