Job Description

The Security Manager is responsible for protecting guests, employees, property and hotel assets while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. The role typically requires several years of hotel, hospitality, security or law-enforcement experience, along with strong knowledge of emergency procedures, incident reporting, access control and local regulations. Candidates should be confident leading a security team, conducting investigations, managing emergencies and coordinating with the police and other authorities. Excellent communication, sound judgment, discretion and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are expected. Relevant security licensing, first-aid training and experience in a luxury hotel environment would be advantageous.
