Security Executive

Job Description

The Security Executive is responsible for protecting guests, employees, hotel property and confidential information at Shangri-La Singapore. Typical requirements include relevant security experience, strong communication skills, physical fitness, good judgment and the ability to remain calm during emergencies. Experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality environment, law enforcement or military service is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to monitor surveillance systems, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, support emergency procedures, prepare reports and enforce hotel security policies. A valid Singapore security licence or eligibility to obtain one may be required. The role also demands professionalism, discretion, shift flexibility and a service-oriented approach when assisting guests and colleagues.
