Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is expected to oversee daily restaurant operations, coordinate service staff, maintain Shangri-La service standards, and ensure guests receive efficient, friendly, and professional attention. Typical requirements include relevant experience in hotel or restaurant operations, good knowledge of food and beverage service, strong communication skills, and the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
