Job Description

The Revenue Optimization Executive supports room revenue and profitability by monitoring demand, occupancy, booking patterns, competitor pricing, and market trends. Typical requirements include a degree or diploma in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field; experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, or front office operations; strong numerical and analytical skills; and confidence using spreadsheets and hotel revenue or property-management systems. The successful candidate is expected to maintain accurate forecasts, recommend pricing and inventory strategies, prepare reports, coordinate with reservations, sales, and front-office teams, and respond quickly to changing market conditions. Excellent communication, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and willingness to work flexible hotel-industry hours are important.
