Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports Shangri-La’s sales team with client communication, proposal preparation, contract and document management, sales reports, database updates, appointments and coordination with hotel departments. Candidates are generally expected to have a diploma or degree in hospitality, business, marketing or a related field, together with relevant hotel or administrative experience. Strong organisation, attention to detail, professional communication and computer skills are important. The role requires a customer-focused attitude, good English and Cantonese communication, teamwork and the ability to manage several priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hotel sales systems and additional language skills may be advantageous.
