Operational / Store Steward Manager

Job Description

The Operational / Store Steward Manager oversees kitchen stewarding operations, including dishwashing, cleaning, waste management, equipment care, stock control and hygiene standards. The role typically requires hotel or hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial stewarding position, along with knowledge of food-safety procedures, workplace safety and inventory control. The successful candidate should be organised, physically fit, dependable and comfortable managing teams across shifts. Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills are expected, as well as the ability to coordinate with culinary, restaurant, purchasing and engineering departments. Experience in a luxury hotel environment and familiarity with Singapore regulations would be advantageous.
