Service Associate - Reservations Executive

Job Description

The Service Associate – Reservations Executive manages room reservations, amendments, cancellations and guest enquiries through telephone, email and booking systems. Candidates should have hospitality or tourism experience, strong communication skills, good English proficiency and confidence using hotel reservation and office software. Previous experience with a hotel reservations or front office team is advantageous. The role requires accurate data entry, attention to detail, professional telephone etiquette and the ability to upsell rooms or packages. The successful candidate is expected to provide prompt, courteous service, coordinate closely with Front Office and Sales teams, handle multiple requests efficiently and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
