Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, property, and hotel assets at Shangri-La in Hong Kong. Requirements typically include relevant hotel, hospitality, or security experience, supervisory capability, good communication skills, and knowledge of emergency procedures, incident reporting, access control, and local regulations. First-aid, fire-safety, CCTV, and security training are advantageous. Candidates are expected to lead security officers professionally, monitor hotel areas, respond promptly to incidents, support investigations, maintain accurate records, and deliver courteous guest service. Shift work, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours may be required. A calm, observant, physically fit, and dependable approach is essential, together with Cantonese and English communication; Mandarin is beneficial.
