Job Description

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, employees, visitors, and hotel property at Shangri-La in Hong Kong. Duties typically include monitoring CCTV and access points, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, managing emergencies, preparing reports, and supporting fire and safety procedures. Candidates should have relevant security experience, good communication skills, a professional appearance, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
