Job Description

The F&B Sales Manager is responsible for driving food and beverage revenue through corporate accounts, group bookings, events, weddings, conferences and local partnerships. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality, business or marketing, several years of hotel or restaurant sales experience, strong knowledge of the local market, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. The successful candidate is expected to meet revenue targets, develop client relationships, prepare proposals, coordinate with operations, monitor competitors and represent the hotel professionally. Flexibility, strong follow-up, commercial awareness and the ability to work evenings, weekends and during major events are important.
