Job Description

The Cook prepares ingredients and produces dishes according to Shangri-La’s recipes, food-quality standards and hygiene procedures. Typical responsibilities include cooking assigned menu items, maintaining consistent taste and presentation, checking food freshness, controlling portions, keeping the workstation clean and assisting with stock rotation.
