The Bartender/Mixologist prepares and serves cocktails, wines, spirits and other beverages at Lobster Bar & Grill while maintaining Shangri-La’s luxury service standards. Candidates should have relevant bar or hospitality experience, strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in guest service. The role requires professionalism, product knowledge, safe alcohol-service practices, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods. Flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected. A polished appearance, teamwork, good English and knowledge of additional languages are advantageous. Experience in a premium hotel, restaurant or cocktail bar is preferred.
