Job Description

This role supports performance management and planning for the Chief Operating Officer function within Group Technology and Operations. Responsibilities typically include developing business plans, tracking financial and operational performance, preparing management reports, coordinating budgets and forecasts, and providing insights to support strategic decisions. Candidates are expected to have a degree in business, finance, technology, operations, or a related discipline, with relevant experience in performance management, planning, business management, or financial analysis. Strong stakeholder management, presentation, analytical, project coordination, and communication skills are important. Experience working in banking, technology, or a large regional organisation, together with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools, and data analysis, would be advantageous.
