Candidates typically need a diploma or degree in banking, finance, business or a related discipline, with experience in trade finance, letters of credit, guarantees or banking operations. Knowledge of relevant regulations, operational controls and risk procedures is valuable. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, accurate and comfortable working with deadlines and high transaction volumes. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and teamwork skills are expected, together with proficiency in standard banking and office systems. Experience with process improvement, regional operations or digital workflow tools would be an advantage.
