Job Description

This role supports account creation and loan disbursement activities within UOB’s Wholesale Lending Operations Centre. Responsibilities typically include preparing and checking documentation, creating facility and customer accounts, processing disbursements, validating conditions precedent, updating systems, and coordinating with relationship managers, credit, legal and operations teams. Candidates should have experience in banking operations, lending administration or loan documentation, with good knowledge of controls and regulatory requirements. Accuracy, strong organisation, timely follow-up and the ability to work with confidential information are essential. UOB will expect the successful candidate to meet service standards, identify discrepancies, resolve issues efficiently and contribute to process improvements. A diploma or degree in banking, finance, business or a related discipline is generally preferred.
