Job Description

UGL is seeking an Electronics Technician in Australia to install, test, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electronic, electrical and communications equipment. Typical requirements include a relevant trade certificate or diploma, practical experience with electronic systems, the ability to read schematics and technical documentation, and strong diagnostic skills. Experience in rail, transport, defence, mining, power or industrial environments may be advantageous. The successful candidate should demonstrate safety awareness, quality workmanship, clear communication and the ability to work independently or within a multidisciplinary team. A current driver’s licence, medical clearance and relevant site or security qualifications may also be required. Flexibility for shift work, travel or site-based duties may be expected.
