The Reports Specialist is responsible for preparing, validating, consolidating, and distributing regular management and operational reports. The role typically requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, information systems, mathematics, or a related field, along with experience in reporting, data processing, or banking operations. Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation; familiarity with reporting systems or basic data analysis is an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to maintain data accuracy, meet strict deadlines, investigate discrepancies, protect confidential information, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
