The CSR-Teller serves branch customers by processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, fund transfers, account inquiries, and other over-the-counter transactions accurately and efficiently. The role generally requires a bachelor's degree, strong numerical and communication skills, attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and a customer-focused attitude. Prior banking, cash-handling, or frontline service experience may be preferred, although qualified fresh graduates may be considered.
