Job Description

The HR/IR Manager is expected to lead human resources and industrial relations activities for CBP Contractors in Australia. Requirements typically include a relevant qualification in human resources, industrial relations or business; substantial experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management and industrial awards or enterprise agreements; and strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act.
