Job Description

The Senior Customer Advocacy Specialist supports customers with complex or escalated issues, ensuring fair, timely and empathetic resolutions. Requirements typically include strong experience in customer service, complaints handling, case management or advocacy, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate is expected to investigate matters thoroughly, interpret policies, manage sensitive conversations and identify recurring service issues. They should be confident working across teams, exercising sound judgement, documenting outcomes accurately and representing the customer’s interests while protecting the company’s standards and reputation.
