The Executive – Employee Relations – Operations supports positive employee relations across MAS Holdings’ operational teams. The role typically requires a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Management, or a related field, together with relevant experience in employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, HR administration, and Sri Lankan labour regulations. Strong communication, interpersonal, documentation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills are expected. The successful candidate should be approachable, discreet, fair, and comfortable working closely with employees, supervisors, and management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Familiarity with HR systems, compliance requirements, and workplace policies would be advantageous.
