The Intern – Product Development role is suited to an undergraduate or recent graduate in apparel, textile, fashion design, product development, engineering, or a related discipline. The candidate should have an interest in developing garments or textile products, researching materials and construction methods, and supporting sample development from concept to production. Basic knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, measurements, technical documentation, Microsoft Office, and product-development tools is useful. Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, organisation, creativity, and willingness to learn are expected. The intern may assist with prototypes, specifications, testing, costing information, supplier coordination, and maintaining development records while following MAS quality, sustainability, safety, and confidentiality standards.
