This internship is suited to an undergraduate or recent graduate studying Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. The candidate is expected to support work-study activities, process analysis, productivity improvement, line balancing, capacity planning, time studies, and preparation of operational reports. Good analytical, numerical, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with familiarity with Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn manufacturing systems. The intern should be comfortable working on the production floor, collecting accurate data, collaborating with supervisors and operators, and following workplace safety and confidentiality requirements. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced apparel manufacturing environment will be valued.
