The Operations Expert supports the daily guest experience at Moxy Osaka Honmachi, handling front-desk duties, check-in and check-out, reservations, guest enquiries, payments, and other hotel operations. The role suits someone energetic, flexible, and comfortable working across departments in a lively lifestyle hotel. Candidates are generally expected to have hospitality or customer-service experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive team attitude. Japanese and English communication skills are highly valuable, while additional languages and experience with hotel systems are advantageous. The successful candidate should be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays and consistently deliver friendly, efficient service.
