Job Description

The Technician supports the hotel’s Engineering and Maintenance team by inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, mechanical, and building systems. Candidates should have relevant technical training or vocational certification, practical maintenance experience, basic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read equipment instructions and safety procedures. Hotel or resort experience is useful. The role requires reliability, physical fitness, attention to detail, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to respond promptly to maintenance requests, complete preventive-maintenance tasks, keep accurate records, follow workplace safety standards, and provide courteous service to guests and colleagues.
