The Demi Chef (Garde Manger) supports the kitchen team in preparing cold dishes, salads, dressings, appetizers, garnishes and buffet items. Candidates should have culinary training and previous experience in a professional hotel, restaurant or garde manger kitchen. The role requires knowledge of food preparation, presentation, hygiene standards, food safety and safe equipment use.
