Job Description

The Reservations Agent manages room bookings, amendments, cancellations, and guest inquiries through telephone, email, and reservation systems. Requirements typically include previous hotel reservations, front office, or customer-service experience; good spoken and written English; computer literacy; attention to detail; and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of Marriott systems or other property-management platforms is an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to provide accurate information, secure reservations efficiently, support revenue goals, maintain professional communication, and deliver warm, personalized service. Experience with additional languages and knowledge of Rayong or nearby attractions may also be beneficial.
